Does this seam like a good overall training?
can you tell me if this is a good overall training,
4 times a week I do 45 minutes of endurance weight training+ between 20 to 30 minutes of cardio(spinning or run), and this week to bust my ass even more I'm adding 3 days of plyometrik exercices(upper and lower body).
Do you have any pointers?
