Yeah, I think a lot of people see guys in the gym, or even on TV, and think they should just be able to hop in there and keep up.
Those guys weren't born lifting and training like that, its not a bad thing to be doing less. I only say that because I've seen kids where I live hurting themselves trying not to be embaressed, or trying to keep up with other guys.
