Umm, no not quite, you see Nog has faced ALOT better competition than Sylvia and has beaten most. His record and resume is MUUUUCHH better than Sylvia's.
If Sylvia wins, and Fedor doesn't fight, Ill give Sylvia a solid #2 position and possibly #1 if neither Nog or Fedor fight after.

Thanks, but actually, I think as consistent and dominant as Fedor's record is, his hit-list isn't as star-studded or prolific as Nog's.
Nog has constantly faced MUUCH tougher competition with like 60% less cans in his record. But still you have Fedor who's beaten Nog 2 1/2 times and has just absolutely demolished his opponants, and thats what really puts him at #1.
