Nog has constantly faced MUUCH tougher competition with like 60% less cans in his record. But still you have Fedor who's beaten Nog 2 1/2 times and has just absolutely demolished his opponants, and thats what really puts him at #1.

I can definitely agree with that, but the only difference is Fedor's L column. He has faced tough enough competition to be the clear #1 considering he has no legitimate losses. Nog, with 4 losses, still has faced the better competition during his whole career. If it weren't for the glaring Fedor losses, he'd be considered the greatest fighter to grace the planet...and even then he still wouldn't get enough love.
