Rampage does say that
everyone knows Forrest is not too bright. Perhaps people on the inside just know something we don't. Of course im just speculating, but here are a few pics from his myspace:

Forrest is seen doing a donation to the Autism Society. One can wonder if he can somehow relate, perhaps overcoming it while he was young. He does act very strange at times..
