Nice looking workout man, and I think x8 is a good idea if you're looking to bulk a little as well. I would also suggest trying out some pyramid type schemes, like 2 sets of 8, then 2 sets of 6, then 2 sets of 3, or something like that. Good job on staying active and being consistent though man, that's the most important part!
