Thanks man, and my legs/core/hips/lower back is def. stronger than my upper body, which is ideal for me since my focus is fighting/grappling

I'm looking to improve my upper body strength a lot this year though, as well as my explosiveness, hence the addition of so many Oly lifts(cleans, snatches, etc)
