I do them with a straight back, but my GM's are pretty shitty, I just started doing them. Those DL's are also done with nothing but chalk

but I actually just ordered a belt, some knee wraps, and some wrist wraps today. I don't really plan on using the knee wraps or belt much though, only when going for singles or PR's. For my GM's though, I look something like this, but I bend my knees and go down further(to feel it in my hammys):
