Its tough to judge Garcia because he dropped down from 155. But judging by that performance I would say he is better at 145 than Valencia is at 135, so yes. Im not saying all WEC or UFC fighters would beat Japanese fighters. But as a whole, I feel guys that fight in Japan are a tad overrated. And I was a HUGE Pride ballwasher. But I think I have seen the light.

Garcia looked awesome and in great shape at 145. He is a HUGE FW and will be a force at that weight.
