I am not sure who Condit trains with, however, Sanchez trained for a number of years with Jackson's camp and they have a ground game. Now he trains with University of Jiu-Jitsu in San Diego and it showed in his fight with Fitch he worked the TD's and actually scored a nasty choke in RD 3. I just think two things work in his favor over Condit on the ground, he can it get down eaisly and as he was saw with Prater Carlos goes down easier this is a place where I think Diego will have a strength advantage too. Then once on the ground with top position I think Condit is in for a world of hurt.

I can't recall anyone (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) that diego has face that is more active on the bottom (going for subs and strikes) as Condit is. Condit just doesn't stop. So I think like you said he would have to control Condit when Condit is on his back.
I seem to remember Nick Diaz making Diego work for top control and he kept changing levels on Diaz and punching him in the face. So I feel he could control Condit better than one so far.

But if Diego some how ends up on his back, I just don't see it going well for him. Condit is well versed with his strikes by mixing up punches with elbows. But I think the only way Diego wins is by decision. Sorry if it comes off as nuthugging on my part for Condit, but I just see him as having more ways to win than Diego.
I might have to give you Diego on his back is screwed but then he might train there enough that he could win for find that small mistake and exploit it. Lets not forget a motivated, healthy Diego is dangerous this is a guy that out worked Karo "The Heat" in many ppl's opinion, KOed Riggs with a flying knee and has a helluva a work rate and will be putting pressure on Condit like never before.
