Condit trains with FIT No Holds Barred, a former Greg Jackson affiliate. He has also gone to Chris Lytle Integrated Fighting Academy in Indiana, where he work's on wrestling.
Fitch is hard to choke but Condits JJ is above Fitch's. So I'm not sure that is a great comparision. Condit knows what to do to defend subs, so I don't think he would get subbed by Diego. Like I said, Diego would probably only win by decision.
Condit has strikin and KO power. His striking is actually a little akward so its hard to deal with. In his fight with Prater he showed his leg kicks. He also said that Prater has a great clinch so he would of rather been on the ground than be in his clinch. Thats why it was easy for Prater to get the takedown.
Diego did outwork Karo, but we haven't seen that Diego in his last two fights. He did have staph in his fight with Kos, but with Fitch he was healthy. He said he wasn't "in the right state of mind" and whose to say he will get back to the state of mind he was at in the fight with Karo.
