Rankings are subjective, and as kds said, not based soley on W, L, NC. How you look etc plays a part. With that in mind, Diaz fought arguably in FOTY when he gogoed Gomi.
Yes, we all know it was ruled a NC because he had THC in his system, but in the real world, Diaz beat the no.1 ranked LW in the world convincingly.
If someone wants to rank him in thier top 10, then although i don't agree (i didnt rank Diaz), it's not out of the question and should be included in the table. If as you say he doesn't belong in the top 10, then the overall results will reflect that and he won't appear because not enough people will agree with toddums. But toddums should still be able to vote for him without it being overruled.
