Dude, I understand what you're saying, i know it was a NC and that offically speaking it can't count. But this poll is basically a court of opinion, and opinion is clearly shaped by more than just how the fight was recorded. To some, Diaz beat Gomi fair and square. No, it wasn't recorded as an offical win, but they did fight, and Diaz did win. Diaz made Gomi tap with a sick gogo. Surely you can see it from the other side? You don't have to agree with it, but i think you should atleast acknowledge it and respect the opinion of a paid member that chooses to give that unoffical win weight.
I don't rank Diaz because it was a NC (i happen to agree with you). But that doesn't mean Toddums shouldn't be allowed to.
"But what if everyone starts with these 'unreasonable' votes?" i can hear you asking. Well, since it's a completely subjective excercise, i think you have to accept what the majority wants. If you start limiting who can get votes based on your own opinion (which is what has happened here no matter how you cut it) then you might as well have "Official Damone Top 10 Rankings".
Just curious. If you had included the Diaz votes - would he have shown up in the top 10?
