As others have said already in this thread I my self have recently been diagnosed with depression, and before medication I didn't feel like working out, do school work, or go to wrestling practice, or really much anything. My grades started slipping, I was losing weight because of not eating and losing muscle mass, and I couldn't putt full effort at any of the practices or pretty much anything. I'm on medication for it now, and it is better for right now.

Depression is something that can really mess with you and can really unmotivate you to do nothing, I feel where Filho is coming from.

It's hard for someone who doesn't suffer from depression, to really understand depression, that I understand, but you guys have to realize it isn't something that you can't just "rough out" for some people. Some people can probably do stuff more normally, while others are a complete mess and need serious treatment for their chemical imbalance, and need not only medication but counseling as well, depression isn't the same for everybody and it varies. That is just my 2 cents.
