interior chest help
Alright, so Ive been thinking about this for a while, how in the hell do you work out the inside of your chest. I mean flies do the outside, incline the does the top, decline does the bottom. So is there a way to do it? And I apologize if this is a really dumb question but I have been thinking about this and couldn't figure it out. Would it be something like a slightly inside the shoulder width grip on the bench and then bench? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch
