i wouldnt go the way of drugs
You cut bread out of your diet for a week and youll be surprised that you can actually lose like five pounds right there.Smaller meals every three or four hours gets your metabolism up and if your just trying to lose weight then cardio cardio cardio.
Why are you trying to get under 185 out of curiousity ?Because muscle weighs more than fat so you might be destroying muscle mass in the long run if your trying to get too low.
