use of a weapon I agree with you that it is fundamental to maintain weight in your fighting range however. the real problem starts for fighters who have to put on muscular mass, to increase in power and endurance, there is an old saying in boxing that a good weak fighter is not good enough to beat a good strong fighter. and is the heart of the issue because people have to bulked up initially to sculpt back down. this why you see fighters walking around 15-20 pounds heaver before a fight.
