I think most people would be pretty confused. Its a fight. You are supposed to get hit. Its the same with when guys get grazed in the nuts and take a 3 minute break. I dont know. Maybe Im just built different. None of that stuff usually hurts me til the next day.

I totally understand where you are coming from but if you look at the bigger picture, it was smarter for him to opt out. We all dont know how hard that blow was, but judging by his reaction, it looked pretty bad. You can herniate disks like that. Not to mention the mental toll it takes on you to take a really hard shot and have to continue. Maybe it wasnt a respectable decision to some fans, but I thought it was the smart thing to do.
