Two questions
First, what cuts of beef are the leanest, since this seems to change from year to year?
Second, is there any reason I should not run every day? I had surgery on my ankle a year ago as many of you may now but now run about a 20-25 mile week, I feel fast if I can run under a 10 min. mile. I hope to get faster but I wanted to provide an idea of where I am right now.
