Man, I'm not trying to start shit or make you look dumb but you are just flat-out wrong... an "arrest" just means forcibly taking someone in. Sometimes arrests are made just to gather information. Many arrests are made solely on the word of a single person. It is just flat-out wrong to claim that because someone has been arrested it's a foregone conclusion that they are guilty, not even the feds themselves would claim that. It would undermine the point of an arrest.
