yea that was helpful during wrestling season i had to cut weight but it usually wasn't alot becuz i was practicing everyday and staying around the weight i needed to be at. i am farmiliar with cutting weight but the most ive ever done is 7 pounds in the 2-3 hours before a match by sweating and spitting i suppose if i fast that day or at least part of the day i believe i should be able to make the 10 pound mark, but wrestling practice is different from mma in the sense that wrestling practice was only 2 hours long and my coach did not push us hard. so i guess some more experimentation with it would be good but as of right now im not too worried about it. i just want to break into the sport you know? and yes thank you both it has helped
