I run 4-5 miles per day, 5 times a week. a 10-min mile is fast for me right now and my speed intervals are bet. 9:15 and 9:30 miles. I would like to make this 6 days a week ideally. I do other cardio such as tkd conditioning on MOnday nights and the stairmaster as adjuncts.
