Swimming is excellent also try doubling your water intake per day you will retain water at first but once your body is used to having a constant supply of water it will start to flush excess and keep just what you need no extra that will shrink fat cells, and Cardio , cardio and more cardio. as stated before no such thing as targeting an area to burn fat.. also increase leg exercises as muscle is the only thing that burns fat increasing the efficency of the biggest muscles in your body will help as well.. oh yea.. more cardio.
