What made me laugh about this is the prior to the fight, he said that he was perfectly set for it. He said that because he just fought, he's still pumped and ready to go.

Also, if you have a certain way to train prior to a fight, TELL SOMEONE DUMBASS! It sounds like a pure cop-out when he says nothing of these rituals and train techniques prior to the fight, but then pulls them out after he loses. How stupid is that...
