Stay visually and mentally focused throughout the fight day, conserve your energy and stay absolutely positive throughout the day and warm-ups. Go through your walk up to the cage so it feels more comfortable before the fight.
Like the others said before stay calm,REMEMBER to breathe naturally leading up to the fight and especially in the 1st round. No matter what happens early stay focused on your gameplan and BREATHE- don't gas yourself by over amping and forgetting to focus on the little things you worked on in training.
That being said- I greatly respect you stepping in the cage. Good luck my friend and....BREATHE!!
