Not shocking it is hard to start up an MMA company you lose money in the early going. I mean UFC lost a ton of money early on the difference was it was a private company so they didn't have to go to their stock holders and ask for more money Dana just had to talk to the Fertitta brothers.

IFL is probably done and I would say it's the fault of them trying to be big all over the country. The UFC under Zuffa mostly took place in Vegas at least early on. WEC and Strikeforce both started out in Cali. You need to find a base as a compnay and grow from it the IFL just tried to go National right away.
