I agree that Stevenson and Guillard are both up there. They're both getting close to deserving a shot. I don't know who would be a contender at this point in the Lightweight class. I'd have to guess Stevenson, Guillard and Spencer Fisher are up there.
I say:
Stevenson vs Guillard
Winner vs Fisher for #1 Contender
Winner vs Sherk
But obviously, this would put Sherk's first defence a ways down the road. So I guess they should see who of the three have the best chance/would make the better fight against Sherk.
Personally, I'd equally like to see Stevenson or Guillard get a title shot.
