That's bad news for both Affliction and HDNet. HDNet has already been talking about the event and would certainly benefit from the newfound rapport among mma fans for being the organization to televise Fedor and giving him a quality fight. This was going to be their biggest promotion to date.
Affliction needs to get this event televised to start to develop a reputation as something other than a clothing company. Getting the event on cable instead of just PPV would quickly gain the public's eye. Hopefully this hasn't entirely collapsed already.
