Good to hear you got out of that frustrated phase quickly. It's tough to lose, but make sure you realize where you are weak technically. Clearly, your opponent got to your back and was able to control you, so you should definitely work on escapes from that position and keeping your opponent in front of you, because you let him escape to the back initially.

By the same token, you now know what to be careful of with competitions, things like whether or not they'll let you bring in food are important.
