Honestly, I wasn't impressed by either guy. May got what was coming to him, and I'm glad he got KTFO, but Matt Brown by no means looked great.

I could see the result of that fight coming a mile away, as Jeremy, since his first fight, has been under the impression that his striking is great. Sadly Jeremy, it's really not. I've never seen someone throw arm-punches as obviously as Jeremy, the guy has NO snap to his punches at all. All it would have taken is one straight punch for Matt Brown to end it all, that fight lasted way longer than it should have.

I personally think the reason Jeremy does throw his punches like that is because he has no idea how to use his range. He thinks that by over-extending his punches, he'll disallow someone from getting inside, when really it has a counter-effect. Look at Anderson Silva, he uses his reach technically, and his strikes still have snap on them. Jeremy's a lanky guy, if someone shows him how to use his assets properly--something I'm surprise Juanito hasn't tried to correct--he would be a much better fighter.
