Sat 5-24, squeaked out 4 miles and couldn't even get in my 9:15 min/mile speed intervals. shin splints bad enough to require icing. Also I sweated like a dude, disgusting but probably good for maintaining youthful complexion lmao
5-27-ran 4.5 or so miles, tkd was self-defense getting out of a half or full nelson
5-28- ran 3 miles, tkd drills breaking down taeguek sa-jang form kinda cardio but only b/c I made sure the material of my uniform snapped with every move I possibly could get it to.
thur: ran 4 miles. didn't go much under a 10-min mile. breaking in new shoes also, soles of feet hurt. If I don't ice my ankle every other day I pay, have to remember to ice it regularly.
fri: ran 4.5 miles staying under a 10-min mile the whole time, heavy bag and speed bag. Still waiting for wrap gloves to arrive like ralphie waiting for the decoder ring.
