1.) Is it good to take the creatine pre-workout and the protein shake post workout?
2.) What are the best creatine products available. Not one that causes some sort of liver damage though (e.g NoXplode or at least I have heard it damages the liver)
3.) the waxy maize PWO, how do I take it? do I throw it in my proten shake, shake it and down it?
1. creatine: sure. shake: yes.
2. creatine doesn not cause any sort of liver damage. just get a cheap one, they're no worse than the popular expensive ones.
3. yes. (but doesn't matter)
