Would like some advice on my workout routine
Monday:
Circuit
5-5 minute rounds
5 stations
1 min breaks
tuesday muy thai and boxing class:
1.5 hour plus 20 min cardio
Wensday Lifting:
Overhaed press 3-12
bench press 3-12
leg press 3-12
deadlifts 3-12
squats 3-12
Thurdays:
Bjj 1.5 hour plus 20 min cardio
Friday:
Same as monday with diff. exercises
Saturday:
Lifting same as wensday
What do u guys think? sorry its so long.
