Anyhow...just got home from work a little bit ago, and guess what I got in the mail today!?!?
My f*cking gold shipment! About time it arrived.
I'm done with that other pre-work out mixture I was doing. Didn't feel very potent.
BACK TO WHAT I'M USED TO.
Here's what I got:
Universal Animal Pak
(15 & 44 pak - got 'em both)
- 2 scoops, 30 min. before work outs
- 2 scoops, during work out, after I train each of the "Big 3" (Squat, Bench, DL). I'm going to mix it with Apple Juice, because that will inject the protein directly into my muscle fibers, instead of the time it takes with water.
- 2 paks daily: one when I wake up (3 am), and one when I'm done training (usually after 6 pm).
Kick FREAKING ass.
