Today was a tremendous W.O. Damn. It was humid as hell at POWERHOUSE, but ****, that made me push even harder. I bet I sweat off...easily 2-3 pounds just from lifting alone (I work at a pretty quick rate, just to keep the ole' heart pumping). No cardio.
