So I signed up to start training at an MMA fcility in my city this week. I had my first classes on Tuesday and wow did they kick my ass. So I am really sore still but I want to go again today. Should I let me body rest some more and wait until Saturday? Or Should I just go in and train anyways through the pain? Any advice would help!
