NO - XPLODE is rather good for giving you the proper energy & pump you need for your upcoming, grueling workout. Sometimes I'll bring my GNC Nutrition mini water bottle/blender with me and throw a scoop of Respect vanilla protein in there and mix it with 8 oz of water.
Post workout, I usually go with 16 oz of skim milk, 2 scoops of Chocolate Respect Protein, three scoops of peanut butter, and two slices of a bananna. Delicious
NO Xlpode is over rated and basically just a hyped NO product IMO.
