Thanks a lot guys! I didn't get your responses until after practice but I figured everyone would suggest to train through the pain. I did and I feel great! I even did some cardio after a two hour training session. I never knew working out could be so damn fun!!! Thanks again, I'll train my ass off!

EDIT: Today we mainly focused on BJJ so it wasn't as intense, that's why I did the cardio. I was afraid some guys would be like, "Well your training must suck because you should be wiped out after two hours" lol
