I certainly don't expect you to agree with me, as you rarely (if ever) have changed your position on any stance here. But the rules read "intelligently defending yourself" hence the quotations in the previous post. And regardless of what position you are in, if you are blocking 98% of the punches and the 2% that sneak in aren't effective that a) qualifies as intelligent and b) if it didn't it certainly is effective.
