tue 6-24 ran 4 miles, heavy bag, a little jump rope, tkd was throwing but not cardio b/c we still aren't allowed to really throw why why why????
wed: pushups, situps, mad rolls, mad throws I was throwing ppl bigger than me that was a lot of fun. it was hip throw, reverse hip throw, and inner reap. It worked me pretty intensely i was sweating like a piag again
thur: Every muscle hurt. I didn't work out. I had no idea throwing was working so many muscles so hard.
fri: ran 3 miles, speed bag, heavy bag, 5 min jump rope. Quads still hurt a LOT.
