take yeti's advice, all those things work. Im 18 6'2" and was 130, ive been doing a (almost daily) workout for only a month or two now and Ive already gained close to ten pounds, mostly muscle too. The excercizes that yeti described + protein = good stuff. give it time, dont be in too much of a rush. If ur not lifting then dont bother with the creatine
