I think it's going to be Aoki and Alvarez in the finals. Aoki's unorthodox and crazy good BJJ will get him to the finals easy. Alvarez sounds like he has a really good gameplan of avoiding the td's of Kawajiri and keeping it standing. IMO Alvarez has much better striking than Kawajiri and will end it with strikes. I also think Alvarez is the more well rounded athlete than Kawajiri...Kawajiri just hasn't been impressing me lately.
Anyway for the finals I'm not sure. Aoki really can beat anybody. It really is incredible to watch. It doesn't matter how great of a striker, wrestler, or freakish strength you have, Aoki will probably beat you, but Alvarez is a smart guy who gets better with every fight. I think Aoki will pull out the finals fight though just because he's so hard to deal with via sub. But Alvarez will learn and only get better. So...
