For gi grappling, the toreando pass is my go-to move, though I also use the double-underhook pass and the traditional pass (Jeff Monson calls it a "jailbreak pass").

Nice to see that the can opener -> double underhook pass works well at high levels. I started experimenting with that last class and had good results, but wasn't sure if it'd hold up against better grapplers.
