week of 7-21-7-26
mon: ran 3 miles, heavy bag, speed bag
tue: ran 3 miles, 35 min stairmaster, 1 round heavy bag (so hot & humid in the Y I thought I was going to puke)
wed: gym blocked by boss who waited 2 months to file a pleading with huge amounts of exhibits. going to tkd in a little while, if we do one steps or extremely careful throw setups (ie joint lock or beginning sweep/reap with no throw) and subsequently no cardio I'm going to be furious. Note to self, tell instructor that sit ups and pushups are not cardiovascular, just annoying.
