Sorry I haven't updated this in a while. I've been really busy in and out of the gym. I maxed out on my Deadlift yesterday and actually surprised myself. I did 350 for 1.

I've been off for 2 days. Today I'm doing Plyos, Functional Strength Training and Cardio.
