thur 7-24: ran 3 miles, extensive heavy bag combinations, lifted (biceps & triceps) weights too embarrassing to mention but I didn't lift the bar all by itself at least.
fri 7-25: ran 4 miles, 20 min stairmaster. I find that I get more done faster on the treadmill because I don't get too distracted by the speed bag, which calls me if I can see it.
Mon 7-28: ran 4 miles
tue 7-29 ran 4.5 miles w/speed work, felt pukey but did heavy bag combinations for about 15 minutes total (not counting water stops, catching my breath, trying not to barf in rainforest like gym) lifted bi's n tri's (assisted dip, curl, concentrated curl)
wed 7-30 didn't work out, very very tired and probably dehydrated from rainforest YMCA
thur ran 4.5 miles, lifted (chest n back)
fri ran 4.25 miles
sat ran 4.5 miles at SNAP gym, I came with my free week coupon b/c i thought it was manager hours and someone let me in lol i'm going back mon I can't afford not to look into it, it's 2 min. drive from my house
