Thanks for the reply. I might add that in once every blue moon but I'd rather stick with bench/incline/dips. It's not a personal vendetta against you, just my preference.

I don't train MMA, wouldn't mind doing it sometime down the road but I'm strictly a wrestler turned bodybuilder/powerlifter (whatever you'd like to call it).
