mon 8-04: ran 3 miles, 20 min arc trainer, lifted (chest & back) that is to say lat pulldown, chest fly, incline press, shrugs (technically a shoulder exercise I guess. I never know which day to do shrugs)
tue 8-05: ran 5 miles, wore brace which helped a lot but I still have to ice my ankle, the run felt good though, wasn't sucking air like yesterday. Ran about a 9:45 mile on average I'd guess.
i'm changing gyms to the one which is just down the road from my house b/c it'll save us well over $100.00 in gas every month).
wed 8-06 my daughter's birthday so I came straight home from work. Should have busted out the Wii Fit I guess but idk if it works you very much.
thur 8-07 have to take little girls to ballgame for daughter's bday. and recover from all thumbs ineptitude trying to put decorations up
Fri 8-08 ran 5 miles
Sat 8-09 ran 4.5 miles
sun 8-10 hungover
