Well the last few weeks we have focused on alot of stand up fighting mainly so we did alot of ground work tonight mainly hip escapes.
Started out with a 5-10 minute warm up which included squats, lunges, star jumps, etc and then finished of with a weaving drill we do.
100 Ab work drill & Push ups
We moved straight into hip escape race, something fun just racing against everyone else to see who can hip escape along the floor to the other end first.
Then for the rest of the night pritty much worked on hip escapes from side control, mount and we also did a scrambling sort of drill from when someone is sprawled out on top of you with a guillotine choke... All up about a 2 hour session.
