Monday 8-18- ran 5 miles with some faster intervals, lifted (row, incline press, flat press, cable fly)
Tue 8-19 - ran 5 miles, lifted bi's & tri's
Wed 8-20- ran 5 miles, didn't lift
Thur 8-21-ran 3 miles, jumped rope 1/2 hr with a couple 5-15 second water breaks, lifted (row, incline press, cable fly, lat pulldown)
fri - didn't work out
sat -50 min. arc trainer, didn't lift
sun - didn't work out
Mon 8-25 ran 5 miles. then tkd conditioning (kicking drills, punching drills, overhead press, shoulder press) very aerobic for 1 hour sweated like a piag.
